Just starting out....

I am so excited to be starting my very own BLOG!!  I am a busy mother of 3 beautiful children and wife of an amazing husband. I have a passion for the Fitness world and helping people achieve their dreams and life goals when it comes to health and wellness.....  After my 2nd child I had gained alot of extra weight and just starting not to enjoy life like I had used to before kids. I knew a few things in my life had to change and only I could make the LEAP to change them.. I knew that not only was I overweight but I was unhealthy, I just didn't want to be around as my kids grew up, I wanted to be right there with them running and dancing along the way. After many months of exercising and watching what  I was eating I began to feel like my old self again.  One year and 90 lbs later I was back, ran my first half marathon and got into a size I hadn't even been in since high school.. but my journey was far from over.
After taking many fitness classes at the gym I noticed myself longing to be up there, on stage encouraging other women to push themselves and seeing what they could do. I had finally found my calling in life... A FITNESS INSTRUCTOR... I began to teach more classes and after subbing for a while, I went and got my certification and started teaching on my own classes and have been for about 2 years now. It was the best feeling in the world, I couldn't have imagined it any better. So this is why I wanted to start a BLOG, I want to give other people encouragement to help them accomplish what there fitness goals are... no matter big or small we all have goals and all want the same thing when it comes to Fitness... too feel and look OUR BEST!!!
